Mitch graduated from Westfield State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Movement Science, Concentration in Exercise Science degree. Mitch’s professional background includes 4 years experience working in the Strength and Conditioning field in settings including group fitness, small and large group, team training and personal training. Mitch has trained many high school, collegiate and professional athletes from a variety of different sports. Working in the private gym sector has allowed Mitch to be exposed to training athletes of the Indoor Football League, East Coast Hockey League, professional boxers, as well as, all of Clark University’s (DIII) NCAA athletes. In addition to working with athletic populations, he has also helped many individuals improve their overall health through performance and wellness training. Mitch's passions include golfing, hitting BOMBS, kayaking and staying active outdoors.
