Chris is the principal owner and Director of Momentum Performance and Wellness, while also operating as an Athletic Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist. Chris graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 2002. In 2003, Chris became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA BOC and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2008, Adam graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. Mitch McGrath, CSCS, CES
Mitch graduated from Westfield State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Movement Science, Concentration in Exercise Science degree. Mitch is a full time Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) at Momentum Performance and Wellness. He is skilled at motivating and coaching clients to meet their personal health and fitness goals, coaching clients through personalized workouts based on sounds exercise science. Mitch is experienced in training in a variety of settings including semiprivate groups, one on one personal training, team training, as well as, adult fitness classes.. Mitch has the following:

Amy is the Client Relations Director for Momentum Performance and Wellness. Amy graduated from the State University of New York at Albany, Summa Cum Laude, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Amy has been a committed member of the team at Momentum since 2015, providing exceptional knowledgeable and compassionate care, while attending to the full range of the varied administrative needs of all Momentum members and clients.
